Css Zen Garden Speed Runners Sketch

Wanted to do my css zen garden on sneakers that i will design and wanted to keep the website clean and information about the sneakers

Week 9B

Today we worked on discussing the direction of our web design project where we have to choose between three different ideas of Loren Ipsem, zen garden or web app website. I choose to do the zen garden idea and wanted to base it off sneakers. We also worked on coding and any problems we had with creating a website basically a review and then we also discussed the spirit animal website we created.

I choose a cheetah for my spirit animal because i feel like I am very fast and quick at making decisions. I also really like cheetahs as well as their cheetah skin patterns.

We designed the vector icon template and the style tile and the app screens

We had the skype talk with Jennifer Aldrich she provided us with great advice for UX designers as well as the design world.

Week 6A

Today we each discussed with two groups our wire framing of our app as well as discussed what needed to be changed and then we choose the best two icon app designs that each group created. Finally, as a group we worked on changes that needed to be changed for the wire framing and then we choose the best app icon with professor for our app Outfit Maker

Week 5B

In the beginning each group rated each others app icon ideas. Then we worked on as a group on the basis of learning Axure program and start wire framing are app.

Week 5A

In class we worked on the mind mapping with the class and we each wrote down the things that came to our mind on each groups paper. Then we started drawing sketches for our icons of our app.

Week 4B and outside of class

We worked on breaking down our mobile design patterns and after doing some research and looking on different websites we came up with some unique designs with our app designs

In class we presented the progress of our app projects and critiqued each and every group's presentation and gave feedback if needed

Week 3 Outside of class

App Name:
                 
                 The app name or for our app is OutfitMaker. OutfitMaker, I believe works well with what the app does and it also not short or not to long of a name for an app. It is right on the 11 letter range which is the max for a good app name. The name is also catchy and more of a good name for the age range for our users. Also outfitmaker also is almost self explanatory for the functions of the app.

Week 2 Outside of class

Outside of class for week 2 me and keely worked on our app project by doing the the tribal question worksheet and the elevator pitch worksheet. also by doing the worksheet we came up with our app we are going to design which called the Outfit Maker. Which is an app for:

Week 2B

Today in class we worked as a group on our App project. We worked on our app idea worksheet which was a little challenging because it makes us think as a group for names and ideas for our app as well as look up other apps that compete with our app and why is ours different.

Week 2A

Today in class we first had a skype discussion with helen about her article and she answered our questions.then we discussed the basis of our first project and then we had our brainstorming game exercise where we came up with ideas for our project topic.

Week 1 outside class

Outside of class i ordered the interdisciplinary interaction design book on amazon and should be receiving it in a couple days. Also, i read the mobile first pdf and that talked about the impact of mobile devices in the last couple of years. As well as talk about the constraints and capabilities of the mobile devices and how it will continue to grow in todays society. Finally, i read the the article of the future of ui and the dream of 90s.

Week 1A

Today we discussed the basics of interactive design and talked about the syllabus of the class. The major things we discussed was about the google account, the blogger account and that we need to post 3 post each week through the semester. We also talked about the attendance of going to two on campus events and one off campus event. We also filled out the student form on adobe illustrator and emailed it. Then we also went over the project we were going to start and work on as well as discuss the projects through out the semester.
